Inside each box you will find between 4 and 6 items, depending on the purchase made. All items are authentic Portuguese products, ranging from wine, olive oil, liqueurs, jams, cookies, among other artisanal products, exclusively from local producers in Portugal.

Yes! If you have a preference for certain products that are not included in the existing baskets predefined by our team, you can always contact us via email, indicating the products you want according to our catalog or, alternatively, submit your request in the "" tab Gifts with a regional flavor ."

It's very simple. After adding the basket you want to your cart and making the payment, you must select another address where the order will be sent, other than yours. It is important to have all the correct data, from the address to the person's telephone number.

At bmyproduct we believe that the important thing is the quality of the content and not sophisticated packaging, which is often not reused by our customers, ending up having a significant and negative environmental impact. For this reason, we only use cardboard boxes specially designed for postal shipping. Our products are packaged and protected in the best possible way, using only recycled or recyclable material. The filling of the box is made up of recycled cardboard scraps. However, at Christmas time and on other exceptional festive occasions, we can make other models of recyclable cardboard packaging available, with Christmas effects and/or other themes.

Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be shipped within 3 working days on average. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation, and in this email you will find a link (Tracking) that you can use to monitor the shipping status. Our orders are shipped and delivered by courier (DPD) and
can be sent to any location in mainland Portugal.

Shipping costs depend on the value of your order and the delivery address. All item prices in the online store are shown in EUR €. The price shown for each product does not include possible transport and shipping costs, but does include the VAT rate in force in mainland Portugal.

Shipping costs are added to the value of your order in the basket, which are calculated at the end of the order, and which vary according to the weight and delivery address of your order.

After the order is placed, your box is immediately prepared and packed (within 3-5 business days) to be delivered to our carrier. Delivery time varies depending on the delivery address. The expected times, valid after order confirmation for mainland Portugal, are 3 to 4 business days.


We always do everything in our power to meet the deadlines described above, however, in the case of exceptional situations that cannot be controlled by bmyproduct , such as strikes, pandemics, wars and world conflicts, among others, delays may occur in receipt of your order.

All boxes are shipped by a carrier. If your shipping method is not tracked and your order is returned to our facility, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. We can, however, schedule a new expedition, at additional costs.

To avoid this type of embarrassment, always follow your order through Tracking and contact your local post office regularly to avoid the box being returned to us.

Due to the uncertainty the pandemic has created and its impact on global shipping, shipping and delivery may also take longer than usual on some occasions.

bmyproduct ensures shipping to any location in mainland Portugal. However,
There is also the possibility of shipping to some countries within the
European Community (Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, France and the Netherlands). If you have questions about your country of residence, we ask that you first contact us by email before making your purchase.

We also advise our customers to check the customs regulations in their country. Each country has different rules regarding customs fees and taxes. If you are charged any additional customs fees or taxes, we are not responsible for covering them. Unfortunately, we have no control over import taxes because customs taxes are collected by local governments.

It is also important to highlight that you must always make sure that the data entered in the address and telephone contact field for the country where the order is sent are correct and complete. And don't forget to add shipping costs to the value of your purchase, which are calculated depending on the weight of your basket. For shipments to the community, tariff values ​​also vary according to the destination country.

Any amounts paid for boxes and services are final and non-refundable. However, you may return products ordered from our online store, if any item is damaged, as long as you do so within 15 days of receiving the order.

We'd love to see every box arrive in perfect condition - but unfortunately, we can't always oversee the entire delivery process. If any product is damaged or missing, we ask that you contact our team using the contact form on our website or via email: bmyproduct.hq@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation and instructions on how to proceed within 5 working days after sending your email.

Compensation offered will be in the form of a partial refund or item replacement. Any damage to a product's boxes or packaging will not be eligible for replacement if the contents are undamaged. Only products packaged in glass may be replaced. Minor damages such as scratches will not be refundable.

NOTE: Returns will only be accepted after they have been confirmed, by email, by the bmyproduct team.
