IMPORTANT NOTE: due to national olive oil stock shortages, there may be difficulties in purchasing this type of product. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that they will always be available. We will, however, do our best together with our partners to satisfy our customers' requests.

Customization questions

Yes! We can include a personalized note for an additional cost of €1.50 per box.

Important Note: We require 1 additional week to process a personalized note or greeting card on bulky orders. We use the same design for all notes. Unfortunately we cannot customize every detail individually.

No! Unfortunately we cannot create a custom box for each customer. However, all boxes are packaged with utmost care, maintaining the bmyproduct aesthetic: minimalist, ecological and elegant

The answer to both questions is: Yes! Each box can contain up to 5 regional products, and we only accept a minimum of 3 regional products per box. Regarding the number of personalized boxes, we only have the capacity to prepare a maximum of 20 personalized boxes for each customer. There is no minimum number of boxes!

After completing and submitting the
contact form with a description of quantities, products (see our catalogue) and desired delivery date, we will contact you by email to jointly speed up the entire process, from preparing your order to shipping it. We just ask that you bear in mind that certain products are seasonal and may not be available at all times. However, we always do our best to present you with all the options and suggestions in conjunction with our partners.

We are based in Portugal and our boxes are shipped directly from Portugal. We cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of your order. However, we advise that you place your order in advance so that we can successfully prepare your boxes and plan all logistics, from contact with our suppliers to the moment the final order is dispatched. If you have a specific date on which you would like to receive your order, the ideal would be to contact us at least 2 weeks in advance.
